1 1/2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup honey
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup milk
9 inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, honey
and eggs thoroughly. Add the ginger and cinnamon. Stir in milk and
evaporated milk. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 10
minutes at 425, then reduce oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes longer,
or until knife inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean.

Serve with whipped cream.
